Effectiveness of stretching exercise on physical fitness performance

The study will be constituted on 30 Chaudhary Devi Lal University Students. Out of which 20 males and 10 female students Department Physical Education. experimental method was adopted for this study. investigator defined the population as pre post test data all subjects collected. collected after 3 weeks pretest during period certain stretching exercise were given to subjects. computed using mean S.D. measured scores. analyzed T-test level significance set at 0.01. Tools: Sit Reach Flexibility Test, Side-Bending AAHPERD Functional Fitness Test. According results posttest taking by hypotheses are significant difference in ability male players, components sit reach flexibility side bending players. test: Measurement Table no. 31 show Side-bending test. no 32 result
